| You can shop online with confidence, knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund, less shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any finished or altered furniture for refund. If in the event your piece is damaged in shipping, please contact us for replacement information immediately. Any missing or defective parts will be replaced free of charge. |

| UPS Ground - A very cost effective shipping method. Orders usually arrive in three to five business days. Delivers right to your home or business. Delivery to all addresses within the Continental United States. Actual shipping charges will be displayed when you place your order. Size or weight restrictions apply.
FedEx Ground - A competitively priced shipping alternative that provides reliable service to all U.S. business and residential addresses. Three to five day delivery is standard. Actual shipping charges will be displayed when you place your order. Size or weight restrictions apply. Common Carrier - An order that exceeds a size or weight limit will be shipped via Common Carrier (i.e. Roadway, Bestway or Yellow Freight etc.) Orders will usually arrive in in seven to ten business days. You will be contacted by the freight company to arrange a delivery time. Curbside delivery is standard to both business and residential addresses. Actual shipping charges will be displayed when you place your order. All International orders will be shipped via air freight. Rates and delivery times will vary. | We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of Colorado.
Greatwood Furniture maintains stock of most items on a regular basis. Most orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within three business days. In the event an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately of the delay and provided an accurate ship date. Any shipping delays must be reviewed and approved prior to your order being processed. No credit card charges will occur prior to your order shipping. Any partial in-stock orders will be shipped while awaiting items on backorder.
Your order will be shipped UPS, FedEx or by common carrier (i.e. Roadway, Bestway, Yellow Freight etc.). Generally UPS or FedEx Ground are the most cost effective shipping methods. Actual shipping charges will be displayed when you place your order. If size or weight restrictions limit your order to Common Carrier you will be advised and the appropriate shipping charges displayed. Most orders shipped via Common Carrier will arrive in After you have placed your order, you will receive an E-mail confirmation of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will be able to use our online tracking feature to check shipping status (UPS and FedEx only). In order to keep shipping expenses to a minimum, many of our products are packaged and shipped partially disassembled. The required assembly is minimal and can be done by anyone in a very short time. Any required tools or glue will be provided. Products requiring assembly will be designated as R-T-A (Ready To Assemble). |
